In this role, you’ll take ownership of audit engagements from planning through completion, while also serving as a mentor and coach to staff auditors. You’ll manage higher‑risk and more complex areas of engagements, provide thoughtful analysis and insight, and ensure work is completed accurately, efficiently, and on time.
You’ll work directly with clients to address issues as they arise, apply professional standards to real‑world situations, and help ensure conclusions are well‑supported and clearly documented. As you grow, you’ll also begin developing relationships internally and externally, contributing to marketing goals, and expanding your subject‑matter expertise.

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
- 2 years of public accounting audit experience (or equivalent relevant industry experience)
- CPA (or progress toward certification)
- Experience in the government audit space
