Supply Chain Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize the full supply chain process including procurement, production planning, inventory control, warehousing, and logistics
• Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives
• Lead demand planning and forecasting efforts to ensure appropriate inventory levels and minimize stockouts or excess
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive efficiency improvements across the supply chain
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, sales, finance, and vendors to ensure alignment and execution
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as OTIF (On-Time In-Full), inventory turns, and supplier performance
• Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure service level agreements are met
• Oversee logistics operations including transportation, distribution, and third-party providers
• Implement and improve supply chain systems, processes, and best practices
• Lead, mentor, and develop supply chain team members

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or related field
• 5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations management
• Strong knowledge of supply chain processes including planning, procurement, and distribution
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
• Proven ability to analyze data and make strategic, data-driven decisions
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in manufacturing or CPG environments preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

• APICS/ASCM certification (CPIM, CSCP)
• Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement experience
• Experience managing third-party logistics providers (3PLs)
