Position: Fabricator

Location: Theodore, AL

Pay: $18 to $20/hour

Experience

• Previous carpentry experience required
• Forklift experience is a plus
  
  

Type: Full-time; Contract

Schedule: Monday - Friday 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM 10-hour shifts, OT as needed

Clark Personnel is seeking a Fabricator to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description

• Fabricate, assemble, and install metal components and structures
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders
• Measure, cut, grind, and fit materials to specifications
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment safely
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials as needed
  
  

Position Requirements

• Experience as an Iron Worker strongly preferred
• Experience in metal fabrication, welding, or structural assembly is preferred
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints is preferred
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately
• Experience working with hand and power tools
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding work
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Dependable attendance and reliable transportation
