Job Description
- Provision users, provide technical assistance and maintain systems
- Acquire, configure and deliver IT equipment (computers, printers, phones etc.)
- Troubleshoot computer problems and operate technology systems
- Provide comprehensive customer onboarding activities and ensure customers fully understand how to use and manage all company products/services
- Resolve client issues and concerns, finding quick and effective solutions
- Provide excellent customer service, providing assistance to customers and guests on a wide variety of requests and issues
- Maintain accurate data & notes in a CRM (or other similar database)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work well in a fast-paced environment.
