CNC Machinist

Position: CNC Machinist

Location: Mobile, AL

Pay: $62,400/year

Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a CNC Machinist or equivalent training.

Type: Full-time; Direct Hire

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Clark Personnel is seeking a CNC Machinist to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

• Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes to produce precision metal parts.
• Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders accurately.
• Select appropriate tools, fixtures, and materials for each job.
• Perform machine adjustments, offsets, and basic program edits as needed.
• Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Maintain quality, dimensional accuracy, and production standards.
• Collaborate with welding and fabrication teams to ensure proper part fit.
  
  

Position Requirements:

• CNC programming experience using G-code, Mastercam, or similar software preferred.
• Experience working in a welding or fabrication environment preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to maintain accuracy while meeting production deadlines.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Commitment to safety, cleanliness, and organized work practices.
