Position: Pipe Welder

Location: Theodore, AL

Pay: $28.32/hour

Experience: At least 3 years as a Pipe Welder.

Education: High school diploma or GED.

Type: Full-time; Contract

Schedule: Monday – Friday, Day Shift

Clark Personnel is seeking a Pipe Welder to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

• Weld copper-nickel, carbon steel, and other marine-grade pipe alloys.
• Perform SMAW, TIG, and other welding methods in all positions.
• Interpret welding schematics, blueprints, and pipe drawings.
• Ensure proper fit-up, weld quality, and adherence to marine/shipyard standards.
• Work safely in confined spaces and typical shipyard conditions.
• Support fabrication and installation of pipe systems as needed.
  
  

Position Requirements:

• Strong ability to weld multiple alloy types.
• Skilled in SMAW, TIG, and multi-position welding.
• Ability to read and understand welding schematics and technical drawings.
• Physically able to lift up to ~50 lbs and work in confined or physically demanding environments.
• Reliable teamwork, communication, and safety awareness.
