We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Personal Lines Insurance Agent to join our team. This full-time, on-site role is based in Lancaster, OH. The successful candidate will assist clients by providing customized personal insurance solutions, evaluating their needs, and recommending appropriate policies. Responsibilities include maintaining relationships with clients, processing policy changes, addressing inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency in Insurance Sales and a strong understanding of personal lines insurance products
- Familiarity with Insurance and Insurance Brokerage industry practices
- Basic knowledge of Finance principles to assist clients in evaluating insurance options
- Excellent Customer Service skills with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships
- State insurance licensing or willingness to obtain it within a designated timeframe
- Strong organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using insurance management software and other relevant tools
- Experience in sales or an insurance-related field is a plus
