If you enjoy helping people, take pride in your attention to detail, and thrive in a collaborative environment, we’d love to hear from you.What You’ll Do:Provide excellent service by responding to customer inquiries via phone and emailQuote and write personal lines policiesAssist clients with policy changes and updatesSupport customers during the claims processProcess payments and documentation accuratelyNote: An active Ohio Property & Casualty license is required for this position.
