Broker - Insurance Agent - Personal Lines Agent Location:Dublin Type:Permanent Category:Insurance Salary: 24 days of AL Base salary up to 34K Annual bonus of 10% 1.5K salary increase once CIP Pension contribution These roles are ideal for candidates who hold an APA qualification (in Insurance, not Finance) and are looking to progress their career—whether they’re currently working with a direct insurer or a broker and seeking their next opportunity. We are currently recruiting for positions in the following locations: Dublin, Limerick, Bandon, Kildare, Sligo, Donegal, Waterford, Wexford, Tipperary, Tullamore, and Galway. ALL the role are hybrid after training Sales-Focused Roles: Ideal for individuals with strong sales experience, particularly in generating new business opportunities and identifying potential clients. Customer Service & Retention Roles: Best suited to candidates with proven experience in customer service, sales, or client retention, ideally within personal lines insurance. Administration Role: Suitable for someone with excellent communication and organisational skills, and a proven track record in a busy office environment handling administrative tasks efficiently. Many of these positions involve working across all Personal Lines departments, including: Securing renewals Processing amendments Cross-selling and up-selling across all product lines If you’ve got your APA and experience in insurance renewals or personal lines, this could be a great next step for you.
