Clark Hill’s Houston office is seeking a first or second-year law student for a Law Clerk position in its Litigation business unit. Responsibilities for this role include drafting routine correspondence and legal documents; collecting, organizing, and reviewing records; assisting with all phases of discovery and trial preparation; and managing complex litigation files. Successful candidates must be detail-oriented, organized, and should possess a solid work ethic. Candidates should also have strong interpersonal and communication skills. A minimum GPA of 3.2 is required and trial advocacy, moot court, and/or journal experience is preferred. Candidates can expect to work an average of 15-20 hours/week.
