Litigation Associate – Phoenix, AZ

Clark Hill is seeking an Associate Attorney to join our Litigation business unit in the Phoenix, AZ office. Candidates must have 3 years of litigation practice experience and an active Arizona Bar license. Strong candidates will have an interest in natural resource litigation, real property litigation, including condemnation, some environmental, and commercial and contract litigation. The ideal candidate will possess t he following experience and skills:

• Trial preparation and courtroom experience, including file responsibility, motion practice, and deposition experience
• Experience working with e-discovery software
• Exceptional advocacy, research, writing, and negotiation skills
• Strong academic credentials
• Detail-oriented and organized with a solid work ethic
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  
  

T he salary range for this role is $130,000 - $150,000 . Salary is commensurate with experience level. Actual compensation will be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to employee qualifications, relevant experience, skill sets, training, internal equity, and market data. This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition, Clark Hill offers employees the ability to participate in health insurance with optional HSA/FSA, short term disability, long term disability, dental insurance, vision care, life insurance, 401K, vacation, sick time, parking/public transportation allowance, and an employee assistance program.
