Job Summary
Are you interested in starting a career with one of central PA’s fastest growing companies? We are seeking a Sales Executive to join our high-performing sales team. As a Sales Executive, you are responsible for pricing, negotiating, and closing food service equipment and design-build construction projects. Once an account is onboarded, this role becomes the primary owner of that relationship. This is a high-impact closer and account lead position that manages revenue, margin and growth within assigned accounts.
Responsibilities
Account Management and Growth
• Maintains a positive relationship with our top accounts.
• Be a solutions provider to align with client goals while maximizing company success.
• Develops and executes a sales strategy.
• Maintain accurate records and update company’s CRM platform.
Bid Strategy and Pricing
• Collaborate with internal teams to effectively push opportunities through our sales cycle.
• Review project estimates and develop proposals for commercial kitchen projects.
• Determine pricing strategy based on project complexity, competitiveness, and client profile.
Negotiation and Closing
• Lead pricing, scope, and contract negotiation with clients.
• Develop and strategize cost saving opportunities to align with client goals and increase company’s profit margins.
• Drive deals to award and signed agreements.
