Project Drafter

Job Summary Responsible for producing technical rough-in drawings for multiple internal clients using software applications such as AutoCAD and AutoDesk Revit. Effectively coordinating with the Project Management teams to work through any issues or questions that may arise. Assisting with occasional BIM coordination with VDC Engineers ensuring compliancy with the layout of the kitchen and Utilities. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about drafting, passionate about detailing and is looking to elevate their career. Responsibilities • Creates technical drawings with heavy MEP concentration (BIM/VDC Meetings) • Follows set drafting standards and procedures to ensure accuracy and consistency • Collaborates with team members to review and revise drawing based on feedback • Displays high level of effective communication skills both internally and externally • Participates in training programs and professional development opportunities
