Network Engineering Leader

Hybrid (3 days onsite) – Northern New Jersey
I'm partnering with a global organization seeking an experienced Network Engineering Leader to oversee a large-scale enterprise network environment across multiple locations.
This role will provide technical and operational leadership for the organization's networking infrastructure while driving modernization initiatives, improving reliability, and supporting cloud connectivity. You'll work closely with infrastructure, security, and business leaders to ensure a secure, scalable, and high-performing network environment.
What You'll Bring
- 10 years of enterprise network engineering experience
- Leadership experience managing engineers, projects, and vendor relationships
- Strong knowledge of SD-WAN, LAN/WAN, routing & switching, wireless, firewalls, VPN, and enterprise networking
- Experience supporting AWS and/or Azure networking
- Familiarity with Zero Trust principles and modern network security
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills
