Looking for a detail-oriented HR Specialist to support key operational areas across recruiting, onboarding, and payroll. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on execution, keeps processes running smoothly, and ensures a consistent employee experience from offer through first paycheck.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate full-cycle recruiting logistics including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communication
- Support hiring managers and ensure a smooth, timely recruiting process
- Own onboarding operations — offer letters, new hire paperwork, system setup, and orientation coordination
- Ensure all new hires are properly entered into HR systems and fully compliant with documentation requirements
- Process and support payroll in partnership with internal teams and/or vendors
- Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy across HR systems
- Assist with benefits administration and employee inquiries
- Generate standard HR reports and support audits as needed
- Identify and implement process improvements across onboarding and payroll workflows
Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of experience in an HR Specialist, HR Coordinator, or similar role
- Hands-on experience with onboarding, recruiting coordination, and payroll support
- Experience with HRIS/payroll systems; familiarity with ADP Workforce Now (WFN) is a strong plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously
- Solid understanding of HR compliance and documentation requirements
- Strong organizational and communication skills
