This Position Will Be Responsible For
- Following basic Records Management procedures and policies.
- Assisting with communicating Records Management activities via computer, email or phone to staff.
- Assisting with processing, uploading and transferring small to large volumes of paper records to Archives for storage and electronic record storage.

Minimum Requirements
- Must be a local student currently enrolled in an accredited college or university pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Project Management, English, Information Technology, or closely related field. Applicants must be 18 years of age or older. Graduation from high school or equivalent.

- Background Investigation: Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background investigation. Periodically after employment background investigations may be conducted.
- Pre-Employment Drug Testing: Employment is contingent upon the results of a pre-employment drug examination.
Records Management
- Assist with identifying record vs non records documents
- Assist with developing basic construct of a File Plan
- Assist with disseminating training materials and conveying the basic tenants of Records Management to District staff
- Assist with moving small and large quantities of boxes containing records when necessary.
- Ability to navigate through basic Office 365 functions such as PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and Excel
- Assist with uploading electronic records to the Districts Electronic Records Management Application (SharePoint)
