Talent Coordinator (Contract-to-Hire)
A leading wealth management firm is seeking a Talent Coordinator to support its fast-growing recruiting function. This individual will play a key role in delivering a seamless, high-touch candidate experience while partnering closely with recruiters and hiring managers across the business. Location: Austin – 4 days onsite, 1 day remote)
Hours: Full-time
Compensation: $25-35/hour (commensurate with experience)
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate phone, virtual, and onsite interviews, including complex scheduling, travel logistics, and last-minute changes
- Manage and track background checks, ensuring timely completion and compliance
- Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to support active hiring pipelines
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data within the applicant tracking system
- Deliver a high-quality, professional candidate experience at every stage of the process
- Support recruiting projects and process improvement initiatives as needed
Ideal Background:
- 2 years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or in a similar coordination-heavy role
- Experience managing high-volume scheduling in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools
- Experience supporting background checks is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree required
