Operations Support Coordinator
Role Summary
In this position your primary responsibility will be to support operations in regard to equipment, logistics, shipping, and supplies. You will also be responsible for managing our warehouse, consumable stock levels, and the overall organization of the office space.
Key areas of Responsibility
Inventory, Supplies, Tech Kits, etc.
You will be the primary resource in managing the Clarity inventory of support equipment which includes computers, office equipment, consumables, adapters, presenter kits, and tech kit items. It will be important to keep up to date with the best tools, adapters, and connectors to help our producers execute our events. You will make recommendations on what items should be added to our tech kits to help minimize any show failures or equipment issues from our suppliers. In this role it is also your responsibility to make sure each producer has what they need to set the Clarity events apart, including items such as speaker stand covers, truss socks, duvetyn, various types of tape, tools etc.
Success in this area will be evident in how the producers are equipped for each event, how the storage area and tech kit inventory is managed, the overall cost of our inventory by minimizing loss due to poor behavior while maximizing Clarity quality based on strategic spending.
Warehouse – Storeroom - Offsite Storage
You are the owner of the Clarity warehouse and storeroom. You are responsible to make sure the space is clean and organized daily. As the space fills up with various event leftovers, it is your responsibility to determine a long-term plan to keep the space usable. That will require making decisions on what to keep, how to store it, what to sell, and what to discard. You have the authority to engage others to help you move, clean, and reorganize the space when needed. You are also responsible to work with the office staff on keeping the break room supplies organized and stocked up.
Show Support
On a number of larger events throughout the year you will be responsible to set up an “on site” warehouse and manage the inventory, deliveries, and logistics on the event in person on site. You should work with the producers of our larger events to identify those events as early as possible and make sure you have the proper space available in the venue to set up your warehouse.
Shipping Receiving
You will be the primary contact for all incoming and outgoing shipments to the Clarity office and warehouse. You will manage our accounts with UPS, FEDEX and other shipping and logistics companies. You will be responsible for organizing and distributing all incoming packages and shipments that come to the office.

Shipping and Receiving Experience
Warehouse Experience a plus
Audio Visual Background
Ability to Travel about 15% of the time
Ability to work at the Lake Forest Office on a Daily basis
Salary $26-$30 based on experience
