Our client is seeking a highly organized Coordinator to support a fast-paced Manager with event and operational activities. This role will assist with booking travel, managing expense reports, coordinating high-volume events and tradeshows, and maintaining accurate data in internal systems. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and comfortable handling large amounts of data entry and administrative coordination in a busy environment. Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM systems is a strong plus.
