Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest rooms and public areas in our hotel. This role is essential in ensuring a pleasant and welcoming environment for our guests, contributing to their overall experience.
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas, ensuring all surfaces are spotless.
- Perform floor care duties such as vacuuming, mopping, and polishing as required.
- Replace linens, towels, and amenities in accordance with hotel standards.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the housekeeping management promptly.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when stock is low.
- Assist in the cleaning of public areas, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.
- Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and customer service at all times.
Experience
- Previous hotel experience is preferred but not required; we welcome candidates with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
- Experience in custodial or janitorial roles is advantageous.
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and techniques is a plus.
- A background in housekeeping management will be beneficial for those looking to advance their careers within the hospitality industry.
