Responsibilities
- Conduct nightly audits of hotel transactions, including billing, reservations, and payments to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Manage front desk operations during overnight hours, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries.
- Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism using proper phone etiquette.
- Assist guests with requests, complaints, and special accommodations to ensure a positive guest experience.
- Prepare detailed reports of daily financial activities and discrepancies for management review.
- Maintain security protocols by monitoring the premises during night hours.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs promptly.
- Ensure all guest information is accurately recorded in hotel management systems and update guest profiles as needed.
- Uphold hospitality standards by providing exceptional guest services and fostering guest relations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hotel management, front desk operations, or night audit roles preferred.
- Strong knowledge of hospitality management principles and guest services best practices.
- Multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus to assist diverse guests effectively.
