Responsibilities
- Conduct nightly audits of all financial transactions, including room charges, payments, and adjustments, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Manage the front desk during overnight hours by greeting late-arriving guests and handling check-ins or check-outs efficiently.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries or requests via phone or in person, providing courteous and professional customer service.
- Monitor security systems and perform safety checks throughout the hotel premises to ensure a secure environment for guests and staff.
- Prepare detailed shift reports, including incident logs, guest feedback, and operational summaries for management review.
- Assist with resolving guest concerns or complaints with a friendly attitude, aiming to exceed expectations and foster guest loyalty.
- Support other departments as needed, including coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure smooth overnight operations.
Skills
- Strong background in hospitality management and hotel operations with previous hotel experience preferred.
