Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms to meet hotel standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Perform floor care duties including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, towels, and amenities to ensure guest needs are met promptly.
- Conduct routine inspections of rooms and common areas to identify maintenance issues or safety hazards.
- Follow established cleaning procedures using appropriate cleaning agents and equipment for industrial cleaning tasks when necessary.
- Maintain detailed records of completed cleaning tasks and report any damages or maintenance needs to management.
- Uphold health and safety regulations at all times to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
Requirements
* Candidates MUST pass a background check and have reliable transportation*
- Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality housekeeping roles preferred.
- Knowledge of floor care techniques including vacuuming, and mopping.
- Familiarity with hotel operations or experience in hospitality environments is highly desirable.
- Strong custodial skills with an emphasis on industrial cleaning practices when required.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards.
