Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms
- Handle guest inquiries via phone and in person with professionalism, courtesy, and clear communication
- Manage reservations efficiently, including modifications, cancellations, and special requests using hospitality reservation systems
- Provide accurate information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and emergency procedures to ensure guest satisfaction
- Address guest concerns promptly by applying customer service problem-solving skills and escalating issues when necessary
- Maintain detailed shift reports, including night audit documentation and incident logs to ensure smooth operations
- Uphold hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols to protect guests and staff at all times
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality management or front desk operations preferred; hotel experience is highly valued
- Proficiency with property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or comparable platforms
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and phone etiquette
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus to enhance client communication with diverse guests
- Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and night audit processes is desirable
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an energetic approach to guest interactions
- Ability to work independently during evening shifts while maintaining high standards of hospitality management
