- Compensation: Base Salary Commission for total compensation up to $200K per year
- Conduct sales visits to new and existing customers, offering tailored residential and commercial HVAC services.
- Educate clients on optimal replacement options for aging, inefficient, or under-performing systems, emphasizing energy efficiency and long-term value.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, quickly establishing rapport and trust to drive sales success.
- Develop and maintain excellent rapport and seamless communication with the install department, co-workers, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
- Actively participate in ongoing training and education to stay current with industry trends and product knowledge.
- High School Diploma or GED required. An associate degree or technical school certificate in HVAC or a related field is preferred.
- Proven sales history with a minimum of 1 year of outside sales experience highly preferred.
- High-energy individual who demonstrates confidence, accountability, and professionalism.
- Must be coachable and possess a willingness to learn new things and adapt to new sales strategies.
- Excellent communicator with the ability to quickly create rapport with diverse customers.
- Must pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen upon hire.
- Valid driver's license and an insurable driving record.
- Must be physically able to be on feet 8 hours a day.
- Must be able to work in extreme heat and cold.
- Must be able to climb up and down a ladder numerous times throughout the day
- Comfortable and capable of working in basements and crawl spaces.
