BECOMING OUR LEAD SALES REPRESENTATIVE - COMFORT ADVISOR
As our Lead Sales Representative - Comfort Advisor, you'll take charge of training, sales, networking, and administrative duties. You'll lead the team to execute specific plans to achieve budgeted sales and profits. This includes ensuring a closing ratio of over 60% with an average ticket of $6,000 to maintain departmental success. You'll also follow up on unclosed calls to understand homeowner needs and save the client where possible. Additionally, you'll ensure load calculations are complete on every estimate and process all required paperwork in a timely manner. You'll generate at least 2 sales calls per day, utilizing various strategies to keep the schedule full during slower seasons. Your leadership will drive success and ensure every customer receives the highest level of service!
