About the Role
We’re hiring an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative to be the first friendly voice our musicians hear. You’ll spend your time speaking with customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through simple processes using the tools we’ll teach you.
This is an ideal role for someone early in their career who wants to break into insurance - an overlooked career. After learning the basics, we'll give you the opportunity to earn your insurance license and grow within the company.

What You’ll Do
- Take incoming customer calls and emails
- Understand customer needs and guide them through simple steps
- Provide exceptional service to musicians with unique circumstances
- Learn our systems, tools, and processes (training provided)
- Grow into licensing and expanded responsibilities over time
