SPARKS Site Coordinator
Work Days
12-16 hours per week, includes 3-4 hours per day after school Monday-Thursday
Wage
$36.48 per hour
Starting Date
As soon as possible, with pre-service orientation prior to start
Job Objective
The Site Supervisor will perform site leadership duties that include support of frontline staff, oversee program quality, and support a positive program culture. The Site Supervisor will lead and manage daily program operations and ensure program effectiveness by supervising staff, coordinating activities, and communicating with school partners to uphold all safety, compliance, and reporting standards. The Site Coordinator will provide support and guidance.

Qualifications Required
- Valid Teaching Certificate required.
- Experience working with students in corresponding grade levels.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage program logistics, safety protocols, and student behavior.
- Familiar with youth development practices.
- As a condition of employment employee must pass a criminal background check.
