Clara Barton Medical Center is seeking a BC/BE Family Practice Physician to join our dynamic and supportive medical team in North Central Kansas. This is a unique opportunity to practice full-scope family medicine—including outpatient, inpatient, and ER coverage—while enjoying a balanced schedule and the strong sense of purpose that comes with serving a rural community.

- Competitive base salary of $240,000 to $300,000, based on experience, with additional earning potential through an RVU-based productivity bonus structure

Work Schedule/Responsibilities/Team:
- Flexible 4-day work week
- Serve patients in fully integrated, hospital-based Rural Health Clinic
- Two additional Rural Health Clinic locations with rotation possibilities
- Work alongside a talented and collaborative team including:
o 3 General Surgeons
o 1 Family Medicine Physician
o 1 Internal Medicine Physician
o 2 Pediatricians
o 1 ER physician
o 1 Rheumatologist
o 12 Advanced Practice Providers
o 2 Behavioral Health Therapists
