TITLE: Fall Sports and Games Club Adviser
SUMMARY: Reporting to the Building Principal, the focus of the Fall Sports and Games Club Adviser is on building students’ athletic abilities but also incorporating positive self-esteem, perseverance, and other social skills.
Meets for twelve (12) weekly sessions during the fall months.
Focus on teamwork, understanding how to compete, and ensuring rules are followed.
Encourage and motivate students to be the best they can be.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Current member of the Oxford Education Association.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to remain in a stationary position for extended periods and/or position oneself to demonstrate technique.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Work is generally performed in a school environment, athletic field, athletic setting, indoors and outdoors. The noise level is usually moderate to loud but occasionally high depending upon student population and activities. Employee is regularly exposed to outdoor weather conditions.
