Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests with check-in and check-out processes, providing friendly and professional customer service at all times
- Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries promptly, and provide accurate information about hotel services and local attractions
- Conduct nightly audit procedures, including balancing accounts, verifying reservations, and preparing financial reports to ensure operational accuracy
- Handle guest requests, resolve issues efficiently, and maintain positive guest relations to enhance overall satisfaction
- Monitor security cameras and perform routine safety checks to ensure the safety of guests and staff during overnight hours
- Maintain detailed records of all transactions, incident reports, and shift logs to ensure compliance with hotel policies
- Support hotel management with administrative tasks such as updating reservation systems and coordinating special requests
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, preferably in a resort or similar setting
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued
- Knowledge of hotel management systems, night audit procedures, and front desk operations
- Excellent phone etiquette and proficiency in handling multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining high energy levels and attention to detail
- Familiarity with guest services, hotel policies, and hospitality standards to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Flexibility to work overnight hours, including weekends and holidays as needed
