Responsibilities

• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly with a positive attitude.
• Operate multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette to assist guests and coordinate services.
• Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, dining options, and transportation services.
• Maintain accurate records of guest reservations, billing, and special requests using hotel management software.
• Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met seamlessly.
• Assist with night audit procedures when required, balancing accounts and preparing reports for management.
• Support guest relations initiatives by offering personalized service that exceeds expectations.
• Uphold hospitality standards by maintaining a clean, organized front desk area and adhering to hotel policies.

Skills

• Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Excellent phone etiquette and proficiency in multi-line phone systems.
• Knowledge of hotel management software and reservation systems.
• Ability to handle night audit procedures with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Exceptional guest relations skills with a focus on hospitality excellence.
• Familiarity with resort environments and luxury guest services is a plus.
