Industry Advisor – Retail | Atlanta, GA (Hybrid)
Our client is a global technology and consulting services leader with a rapidly growing Retail practice. They are seeking a senior Industry Advisor to serve as the Southeast region's business development and delivery lead — owning C-suite relationships, driving new business, and bringing transformative retail expertise across store operations, supply chain, omnichannel, digital commerce, and merchandising.
This is a high-visibility, high-impact role at the intersection of consulting and business development, with direct access to some of the Southeast's most iconic retail and consumer brands.
What You'll Do
Drive business development and pipeline ownership across the Southeast retail market, building and deepening C-suite relationships with major regional and national retailers. Lead proposals and pursuits end-to-end, from shaping solutions through to close. Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, bringing thought leadership across retail transformation. Collaborate with global delivery teams to ensure quality execution and client satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
15 years of retail consulting or transformation experience, ideally from a top-tier consulting firm or major retailer. Demonstrated track record of originating and closing complex consulting engagements. Broad retail domain coverage — store ops, omnichannel, supply chain, digital commerce, and/or merchandising. Atlanta-based or willing to relocate; Southeast market knowledge and relationships are a genuine differentiator. Comfortable operating at C-suite level and owning a regional BD mandate independently.
Compensation: $174,500 – $230,000 base bonus, commensurate with experience. Location: Atlanta, GA — hybrid. Atlanta presence required.
