Industry Advisor – Retail & QSR | Seattle, WA (Hybrid)
Our client is a global technology and consulting services leader with a growing Retail and Consumer Business practice. They are seeking a senior Industry Advisor to drive strategic growth, client engagement, and business development across retail and quick service restaurant (QSR) accounts in the Seattle market and broader West Coast region.
This is a high-visibility role for someone who thrives at the intersection of C-suite advisory and revenue ownership — bringing deep retail and QSR domain expertise to shape and close transformative engagements with iconic West Coast brands.
What You'll Do
Serve as a trusted advisor to C-level executives across retail and QSR clients including omnichannel, digital commerce, merchandising, store operations, supply chain, and customer experience transformation. Drive business development end-to-end — opportunity identification, solution shaping, proposal development, and deal closure. Develop account growth strategies aligned to the firm's retail and QSR capabilities. Bring thought leadership across retail media, personalization, AI-led transformation, loyalty, digital ordering, and operating model redesign. Partner with global delivery teams to ensure quality execution and client satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
Extensive experience in retail and/or QSR industry consulting or executive leadership, ideally from a top-tier consulting or global IT services firm. Demonstrated success selling and delivering large-scale transformation programs. Broad domain coverage across retail and QSR — digital commerce, omnichannel, merchandising, supply chain, and/or restaurant technology. Seattle-based or willing to relocate; existing West Coast client relationships are a strong differentiator. Comfortable owning a regional BD mandate and engaging independently at C-suite level. Prior experience with West Coast retail or QSR brands (e.g. Amazon, Nordstrom, Starbucks, Costco, Albertsons) highly valued.
Compensation: Competitive, commensurate with experience — Seattle, WA market rate. Location: Seattle, WA — hybrid. Seattle presence required.
