The Director’s Office within Human Resources is seeking qualified applicants for a Human Resources (HR) Assistant. The purpose of the Director’s Office program is to provide HR direction, executive consultation, and policy decision services to the Board of the County Commissioners, County Administrator, County Departments, and Employees so they can have a strategic partner to achieve their strategic and operational goals.
Under general supervision, the HR Assistant performs a variety of duties in support of the Department of Human Resources. This position will apply established human resource guidelines, rules, policies, and procedures to carry out assigned duties.
The HR Assistant is the first point of contact for employees and visitors to the department. The position requires professionalism, discretion, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service in a confidential environment. This is a customer-facing role that supports both County employees seeking HR assistance and internal HR staff, contributing to a positive and responsive service experience.

Compensation
Annual Pay Range: $65,860.363 - $85,636.678
