CKS Packaging is currently looking for a Regional HR Manager to oversee our locations in Brownsville, TN, Kansas City, MO, and Urbana, IL.

CKS Packaging is a growing manufacturing organization committed to operational excellence, employee development, and a strong, people-first culture. We are seeking a Regional Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations across four plant locations while directly overseeing on-site HR Representatives at each facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop HR Representatives at each plant location
- Ensure all HR policies, procedures, and best practices across all facilities are being followed
- Partner with plant managers and leadership teams
- Oversee employee relations activities, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws
- Guide and support recruiting efforts for all plant roles
- Payroll administration, benefits enrollment and maintenance
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, retention) and drive improvement initiatives
- Oversee onboarding, training, and employee development programs
- Lead performance management processes, succession planning, and talent development
- Support benefits administration and policy development
- Promote a positive employee culture and high levels of engagement across all plants
- Partner with safety and operations teams to reinforce a strong safety culture

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5-10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Prior experience supporting multiple locations or in a regional HR role strongly preferred
- Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
- Proven experience in employee relations and conflict resolution
- Ability to build relationships and influence at all levels
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Willingness to travel regularly between plant locations
