What are the responsibilities and job description for the Material Handler position at CKS Packaging?
Material Handler Needed- Naugatuck, CT
Job Duties:
- Locate material and equipment needed for each job.
- Maintain material flow to presses (keep an eye on material flow through resin lines & hoppers, replace bags/gaylords of resin
- Remove material and equipment from completed jobs.
- Issue and return material as instructed.
- Supply material to all jobs as assigned.
- Grind bottles for recycle and use for production
- Unload incoming material and store in proper place in warehouse.
- Obtain cycle counts.
- Additional duties as assigned.
- Periodically check for unsafe conditions and correct as needed
