Key Responsibilities

• Patrols: Walk through the hotel inside and outside, checking doors, parking lots, and public areas to spot safety risks, theft, or damage.
• Emergencies: Handle urgent events like medical calls, fires, or security threats while staying calm and helping guests or workers.
• Monitoring: Watch security cameras and alarm panels to control building access and spot unusual activity.
• Reporting: Write clear, accurate incident reports and daily logs about safety issues or rule breaking.
• Guest Service: Answer guest questions and help solve problems in a friendly, polite way.

What You Bring

• Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, professional, customer-focused attitude.
• Excellent observational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfort operating CCTV/camera systems and gate control equipment.
• Ease with phones, computers, and basic reporting software or forms.
• Solid written communication for clear, accurate reporting.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
• Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; prior security or customer service experience preferred.
• Valid security guard license/certification, if required by your jurisdiction.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods.
• Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions.
