The Role
We are looking for an experienced In-House Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter who understands the chaotic nature of emergency restaurant service. You will be the gatekeeper for our culture, sourcing top-tier talent across HVAC, Refrigeration, Electrical, Plumbing, and Commercial Kitchen Equipment, helping us to continue building a great company
More importantly, you are coming in at ground zero. You won't just be filling open seats—you will be architecting our entire recruitment engine from scratch. We need a builder who can implement the right systems, define the process, and then execute it relentlessly to hire the best talent in the industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Build the Recruitment Engine: We currently have no formal recruiting systems in place. You will be responsible for selecting and implementing an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), establishing standardized hiring processes, and creating scalable workflows from initial outreach to onboarding.
- Source and Recruit: Actively hunt for top-tier technicians who are calm under fire and communicative with stressed-out restaurant managers. We need a recruiter who intimately understands this grind.
Qualifications
- The Ideal Background: Proven experience recruiting for commercial facility maintenance, large commercial property management companies, or restaurant groups.
- Systems Builder: Previous experience implementing an ATS, building recruiting pipelines, and designing hiring workflows from scratch.
- Personality: Resilient, adaptable, self-directed, and willing to embrace the chaotic nature of the food industry.
Salary : $65,000 - $85,000
