We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition professional to join our growing team. Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding
- Coordinate and host hiring events, job fairs, and community outreach initiatives
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide team support
- Maintain applicant tracking system and ensure accurate, compliant documentation
- Promote a strong employer brand and positive candidate experience
- Conducts new hire onboarding and new hire orientation
- Honor Direct Wire's core values
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field strongly preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in HR and/or talent acquisition
- Demonstrated passion for human resources and supporting employee success
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and commitment to maintaining a respectful and productive workplace environment
