Job description:
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive care to primary care patients in an ambulatory setting
- Conduct evaluations, develop care plans, prescribe medications, and monitor patient progress
- Provide coverage across clinics when regular providers are unavailable
- Manage in-basket and urgent messages for providers who are off-site
- Promote disease prevention and health education within the patient population
- Perform physical exams and document findings accurately
- Meet or exceed quality care standards and contribute to improvement initiatives
- Maintain timely and accurate records using EMR and voice recognition tools
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient care
- Stay current with clinical trends and participate in continuing education
- Remain flexible with work location and patient population assignments
Qualifications
- Master’s or Doctorate in Nursing Practice or Physician Assistant Studies
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an ARNP or PA (preferred)
- Active and unrestricted Washington State license as:
- Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner and Registered Nurse
- OR Physician Assistant
- DEA certification
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
