Job Title : Clinical Diagnostician / Psychologist (Full-Time)

What You’ll Do:
- Perform gold-standard autism diagnostic evaluations (e.g., ADOS-2, ADI-R) and developmental assessments
- Deliver clear, compassionate feedback and comprehensive reports to caregivers and referral sources
- Lead the design and implementation of workflows, documentation practices, and service delivery models for the diagnostic program
- Collaborate with intake, clinical, and administrative teams to ensure seamless integration with ABA services
- Foster a culture of excellence, curiosity, and continuous improvement, keeping our services aligned with best practices and family needs
- Provide mentorship and help shape a growing team of diagnostic professionals
- Center joy, empathy, and inclusion in every family interaction and team collaboration
What You Bring:
- Doctorate (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical Psychology from an accredited program
- Active (or license-eligible) Clinical Psychologist license in Illinois
- 3 years of experience conducting autism assessments with young children, including toddlers
- Extensive knowledge of DSM-5
