Position: Pharmacist & Pharmacy Manager
Location: Minnesota & Iowa

Required
- Graduate of an accredited school/college of Pharmacy.
- Active Pharmacist license in Minnesota or Iowa.
Preferred
- 2 years of retail/community pharmacy experience.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-stress environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Dispense, process, and accurately verify prescriptions.
- Provide patient counseling and clinical pharmacy services.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal pharmacy laws and regulations.
- Assist with training pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and customer service staff.
- Handle patient and employee concerns when the Pharmacy Manager is unavailable.
- Support pharmacy operations, including inventory management, billing/reimbursement, and profitability.
- Maintain CPR certification and immunization administration competency.
- Complete required continuing education.
- Support quality improvement and quality assurance initiatives.
- Communicate regularly with the Pharmacy Manager and participate in team meetings/programs.
- Perform pharmacy technician/customer service duties when needed.
