What are the responsibilities and job description for the Family Nurse Practitioner position at CivicMinds, Inc?
We are seeking a Primary Care Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join the office practice of a Family Medicine physician, 32 weekday hours per week, with no nights or weekends.
Key Responsibilities
- Work directly alongside a Family Medicine physician within an office-based, patient-focused team.
- Independently examine, diagnose, and treat adult and adolescent patients under a collaborative physician supervision agreement.
- Manage routine primary care visits, preventative care, and chronic conditions.
- Document patient encounters utilizing eClinicalWorks Electronic Health Record (EHR) software, supported by voice recognition or integrated AI tools.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Licensure: Must hold an active license to practice as an NP or PA in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
- Certifications: Valid DEA certificate and Massachusetts Controlled Substances (CS) registration.
