Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Active RN license in good standing (state of practice)
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience (hospital and/or behavioral health preferred)
- At least 1 year of nursing supervisory experience
- Certified BLS provider
- Clear background check and OIG screening
- Strong professional references
Key Responsibilities
Clinical & Compliance Duties
- Conduct TB testing (PPD placement, reading, and documentation)
- Manage COVID testing, vaccinations, and reporting (including RedCap)
- Oversee infection control, antibiotic tracking, and flu vaccination programs
- Monitor isolation/quarantine protocols and conduct hygiene audits
- Order, draw, and manage lab work; report critical results
Salary : $100,000 - $109,998
