Position: Clinical Therapist

Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Therapist to provide assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and case management services for individuals and families experiencing behavioral health and substance use challenges. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact through individual, group, and family therapy while collaborating with a multidisciplinary treatment team.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, evaluations, and treatment planning.
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy services.
- Manage client caseloads and monitor treatment progress.
- Develop and maintain individualized service plans.
- Provide crisis intervention and support as needed.
- Coordinate referrals and connect clients with community resources.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and billing compliance.
- Participate in treatment team meetings, case conferences, and clinical supervision.
- Assist with discharge planning and continuity of care.
- Support quality improvement initiatives and program compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field.
- Active Kentucky licensure preferred:
- LCSW
- LMFT
- LPCC
- Associate-level licenses (CSW, MFT, LPCA) may also be considered.
- Experience working with behavioral health, mental health, and/or substance use populations preferred.
- Knowledge of evidence-based treatment approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
- Strong communication, documentation, and case management skills.
