Job Summary
City Wide Property Services is seeking a customer-focused Service Manager to serve as the primary connection between our clients and internal service teams. In this role, you will manage client relationships, inspect commercial properties, coordinate maintenance services, prepare proposals, and identify opportunities to expand recurring and supplemental services. The ideal candidate combines account management and sales experience with strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills and is committed to delivering responsive service, resolving issues, and supporting long-term client satisfaction and business growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships as the primary contact and ensure responsive, professional service.
- Inspect properties to identify maintenance, safety, and liability concerns and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Coordinate services and communicate client expectations clearly to internal operations teams.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate agreements, and identify recurring and additional service opportunities.
- Resolve service issues promptly and maintain accurate records in company systems.
- Meet monthly KPIs for inspections, proposals, service tickets, and other performance measures.
- Support and motivate team members to deliver consistent, high-quality service.
Qualifications
- At least two years of key account management, client service, or related experience.
- Proven sales ability, including assessing needs and recommending tailored building-maintenance solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all organizational levels.
- Strong leadership, organization, time-management, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, mobile devices, and business applications.
- Valid driver’s license and a driving record that meets company requirements, subject to a Motor Vehicle Record check.
- Associate degree in business, sales, or a related field preferred.
Salary : $70,300 - $90,000
