What are the responsibilities and job description for the Day Porter Janitor position at City Wide Property Services Inc?
City Wide Property Services currently has an opening for a Janitor to join our expanding team in Placerville, CA 95667!
-Schedule: (24 hours per week)-
- Friday - Wednesday: 7AM-11AM
- Thursday: OFF
Responsibilities:
- This schedule is all outdoor janitorial work***
- Wiping down trash receptacles and replacing trash liners
- Trash pickup around the entire parking lot, landscape areas, and dumpster enclosures
- Wall spotting (interior and/or exterior)
- Windowsill cleaning
- De-webbing of building and doorways
- Assisting in light maintenance work
- Sanitizing
- Adhering to all safety rules and procedures
- Maintaining equipment and storage areas in a neat, clean manner and in good working condition
- Reporting illegal dumping or other property issues to Management.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management
Qualifications:
- Must have reliable transport to work
- Physically conditioned to handle extensive walking of properties
- Physically capable of performing all job duties including ability to push/ carry supplies
- Ability to work independently; self-motivated
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities
- Able to work extra hours and/or changed schedules as needed to fulfill customer requests.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.90 - $18.90 per hour
