As a Junior Accounting Specialist, you will play a critical role in maintaining the financial health of our operations while working with a collaborative and supportive team.

What You’ll Do:
- Assist with processions accounts payable transactions and invoices
- Preform accurate and timely accounting data entry
- Provide day to day support for accounts payable activities
- Maintain vendor documentation
- Assist with general account and administrative tasks
- Grow and support the Finance Team with additional projects
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–2 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, accounts payable, or administrative/office support; or
- An associate’s or bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field with limited professional experience
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines
- Comfort working with numbers and routine, transaction-based work
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A willingness to learn new accounting systems, processes, and procedures
- A positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to take on new responsibilities as you develop
