As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll support full-cycle recruiting efforts, partner closely with hiring managers, and help drive hiring success across the organization.

What You’ll Do:
- Support full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews
- Review resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and fit
- Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand role requirements and candidate profiles
- Build and maintain pipelines of active and passive candidates for current and future roles
- Utilize sourcing tools such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and Handshake to identify top talent
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a smooth and organized process for candidates and internal teams
- Collect and document interview feedback and assist in candidate evaluations
- Support the offer process, including preparing offer details and communicating with candidates
- Conduct reference checks and maintain accurate documentation throughout the hiring process
- Maintain and update candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Post and manage job openings across company platforms and job boards
- Assist in drafting compelling job postings that clearly communicate role expectations
- Support employer branding initiatives, including referral programs, job fairs, and recruiting events
- Assist with onboarding coordination to ensure a seamless transition for new hires
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- 1–3 years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR experience preferred
- Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Self-driven and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
