What are the responsibilities and job description for the Operations Manager position at City Wide Building Services LLC?
As the Operations Manager you will be responsible for providing supervision of safety policy, quality control, logistics coordination, operational efficiency and customer support for our Houston Location.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide oversite of field operations and coordinate logistics for company vehicles and equipment daily.
- P&L responsibility.
- Ensures that the project work is carried out as per the assigned schedule.
- Communicate with company leadership to identify problems and recommend solutions
- Inspect and monitor work areas, examine tools and equipment and employee safety to prevent, detect, and correct unsafe conditions or violations of procedures and safety rules.
- Requisition materials and supplies, tools, equipment and replacement parts.
- Participate in Company Safety Culture, including training and planning.
- Other duties assigned by leadership.
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Must have a valid drivers license and pass a background check
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a high rise setting, i.e. swing stage, rope access.
- Window cleaning experience a plus.
- Leadership experience
- Operating knowledge of computer systems and smart phones
- Communications skills
- Must be able to lift 75 lbs.

- OSHA 10 certified required - OSHA 30 a plus
